Hi everyone, and thanks in advance.
i just had broadband internet installed in my home.
i use ethernet from the modem to the NIC.
my internet connection or the network seems to die after an hour of use.
i have to reset the modem and it works again for an hour.
If im playing a game online and connected to a server there is no problem.
the problems arises when im downloading something or using the web.
say i set a big download to go while im at work, i come home and ive only downloaded a little bit and the connection is dead. resetting the modem fixes it but thats no help while im at work and expecting to come home to a nice download only to find my internet is gone.
is it possible to have a bad modem?
here is a HJT log:
