I have to hit the up arrow twice to get it to run XP normally
|
it sounds as though you are getting a Start Up Menu with configuration choices.
If so, right click on My Computer, click Properties, Advanced, and under Startup and Recovery, click on Settings.
Under System Startup, use the drop down box arrow to highlight the "normal" XP startup. Then remove the checkmark from the box for "Time to display list of operating systems".
