Exclamation Paritions question

I have 4 partitions. 160GB, 40GB each. 1 FAT32 and 3 NTFS.
I have Win XP on one of the partitions - FAT32.

I want to install another OS but i want it on a 10GB partition. can i resize the other partitions?
and how?

i know how to partition and install multiple os on it ... read it somewhere...but i have Win XP already....dont wanna loose that.

I want to try another 2 OS but I want to assign like 10 GB per OS and the rest of the space as a space for storage...you know easier access to files whenever i switch between the OS. I'm trying ubuntu. Not sure if that makes a difference.

Is this possible or i'll HAVE to do a clean installion??

Re: Paritions question

You can resize, add, and remove partitions with Partition Magic. I caution you, however that messing with the partitions, even with the best partition program, is risky. Make sure you backup all your data first.

For the safest bet, I recommend you buy another hard drive.
