Notebook please please help asap!

Hi,.

Ive got one of those ASUS notebooks... and ive connected it to the wireless router at home... and it says wireless connection enabled...
But when i go to open the internet firefox says Server not found.

CAN ANYBODY HELP ME?

ive looked everywhere for help, and im not that good with computers and im finding it really difficult!

It could be a number of things. i will make some suggestions which will hopefully help you out.

Check that the settings for encryption match on your routher and laptop. e.g. they are both using WPA-PSK, have the same key, etc.

Go to Start > Control Panel > Network Connections > Setup a small or home office network
Run through the wizard.
