Re: Desktop icon shooting off screen

There are two ways to do this.
  1. Right click on the Desktop and choose Arange Icons by: Auto-Arrange
  2. Right click on the Desktop and choose Properties, Settings tab. Enlarge your desktop to the max your display adapter allows. When you can see the Task Manager window, right click in the windows title bar and choose Move. Then drag the window to the left where it will be seen once you revert to your original screen size

Re: Desktop icon shooting off screen

Hi Dan
Its not the icon thats shooting of the screen, when I press "alt-control-delete" the minimised window is shown on the taskbar, but when I click to maximise or restore the opening window shoots off the screen.
This has happened before, and someone told me to press some combination of keyboard buttons that glued the window to the curser from anywhere, I cant remember how though.
Thanks

I was talking about the window, not the icon;
