Exclamation starnge pop up for windows
hi i keep getting this message poping up even after i click cancel try again or continue tryd eveything to get rid of it disc cleanup defrag virus scan but to no avail anyone know what it could be message as follows

exception processing message c00000a3 parameters 75b6f7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c

eveything is working HHHEEEEELLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPP

This page may help you sort it out.
Microsoft Communities

Could be a device like a floppy or USB flash drive that is causing this problem.
Sometimes disabling the floppy driver clears up that problem.
