uploading a photo (size)

uploading a photo (size)



trying to put a photo up from my pics stored and it says photo to big make it smaller how do i do that please, presumably select my photo then do what?

Re: uploading a photo (size)

Open the photo with the image editor you normally use. Then search around for a RESIZE (or ATTRIBUTES) option. You should be able to downsize it from there. Most have built-in tools for keeping the photo in perspective, ie; when you downsize width, the height should also move down respectively.

If you want to save the original, make sure to use the SAVE AS... function of the editor for the downsized version.
