Welcome to D-A-L.

Download this file; http://www.d-a-l.com/dan/Realtek_AC97_MB.zip (Approx. 50 MB)

Extract all files to your C: drive. (This will create a new folder on C: named AC97.)

Open the C:\AC97 folder. (My Computer or Windows Explorer.) Run the SETUP file.

Post back with your results and any further questions.
