Re: booting problem

Your computer:

Drivers & Downloads

Troubleshooter:

Dell Technical Support Home Page / Dell Troubleshooting Search

Here is an interactive troubleshooter for power on issues:

Dell - Support

Let us know how that goes for you.

Re: booting problem

Did you try that troubleshooter?

If so what did it suggest and what did you try?

As it is a step by step process I cannot duplicate it.

Let us know what steps were offered and what your replies were.

Did it take you through the diagnostic lights?

We need a lot more detail here.
