Hangups and non responsive

Hi all i got a IBM Think centre 8199 model and it keeps hanging up and alot of programs say its not responding the computer is malware free i got that out yesterday with Broni,s help i have sound issues too that is currently be worked on in a different thread i dont know whats going on please help im not very good at these things so please give me some time lol. i think some settings or something got changed when i got hit with malware.

sorry forgot also i have icons that come up missing after all this happen
