Re-format WordPefect 8 Address Book

When a technician uninstalled my Windows XP Professional to repair something, and then re-installed it, my Corel WordPerfectSuite8 Address Book could not be opened in the proper Address Book format. Is there some way I can re-format my voluminous list of addresses. I've tried re-installing the WP Suite from the CD but it doesn't solve the problem.

I would post in a Word Perfect 8 support forum rather than here. It's unlikely many of the folks here use WP at any level.
