Talking Outlook

Ok, Iv'e forgotten how to tell outlook to alert me to new incomeing messages. i used to have it set but since a clean install I don't. Can anyone please tell me how to do it

Tools->options->preferences tab->email options button->advanced email options button->"When new items arrive in my inbox" dialog, check appropriate box, then press the "Desktop Alert Settings button and choose your option
