cd drive error-help!
FIRST, I have error when turning on. Something about mm_tray.exe and reinstall CoreDll.dll. I have Photostory to copy to CD but cannot. It always
says insert cd. I have been to Device Manager, removed the program and reinstalled. Have read tons of these forums, used some of the tips, been to Microsoft (no help) and Dell (even less help). I didn't say have Dell Dimension 3000 and xp. Keep in mind, I am older and not computer literate. Just know enough to get me in trouble, I think. Also, , have inserted two different types of CD and it doesn't seem to matter. Many thanks
