Blue Screen

I got the blue screen with the winnsys32 error several times so did a complete restore..now when I turn on the computer I get the blue screen and the mouse and keyboard do not come on...if I unplug the computer, wait a few seconds...plug it back in then it will work....mouse keyboard and all....

Hi darleneh. Proably best to just backup any data you want and perform a full format and re-install. Instructions at the folling link:
