Re-Accuring Program Installing Window

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me with this problem, I cant figure it out.
I'm on XP Pro, when starting up Windows I get a annoying window that comes up, a Windows Installer window, and it wants to install a program that has been deleted from the hard drive, I have a hard time canceling it, I have to hit ctrl/alt/delete just to get it to stop, and this window pops up when I click on other program icons as well, I have tried to erase every trace of this program I can find yet it wont stop, I cant find the program listed in the registry either, any suggestions? I'm going to post the windows that come up in case that helps....Any help at all would be great....

have you checked msconfig to see if something is starting up that shouldnt be.
or start in safe mode and see if it does it. if not run a reg. cleaner and or virus program/spyware.

Make sure it's uninstalled via Add/Remove programs.

Send a message via Yahoo to imported_jazzman
Try running CC Cleaner with its "tools" page to delete old installer files

I think I have fixed the problem, according to the Microsoft website, I was missing a key install component, a downloaded a program from there that seems to have fixed it....
