Problem playing DVDs
I'm having a problem watching DVDs on my computer. I have Windows XP
service pack 2 installed. The former owner of the computer unfortunetely
wiped the hard drive clean and I had to start from scratch. I have only
a DVD Burner in my PC. It reads Audio CDs, VCDs, and the like, but I'm
having problems with it reading DVD's. I recently purchased WIN DVD
because I was told the PC did not have a DVD decoder (might have been from
wiping the hard drive clean). This did not, however, solve the problem.
I went online and downloaded a free trial version of Power DVD and some
of the DVD's play fine now. But there are some DVD's that when played,
get this error message:
" ERROR CODE F4D41436
The TV Out port of your display card is not working properly. This copy
protected disc can not be played when the TV Out function is enabled. "
I have no clue as to what this is referring to. Also, when I try to
open the DVD with Inter Actual Player, it tells me the file ITIIMG3.dll is
missing. What is this file and where can I get it?
