can only use 4-bit color

in safe mode i can see 16 bit color resolution but in normal mode it will only let me use 4-bit color and when i go to change the color it only displays 4-bit help me PLEASE!!!!

You most likely need to uninstall then reinstall your Graphics drivers.

What is your Display adapter (graphics card/device)?

The manufacturer will have current drivers.

go to the Device Manager start Run... devmgmt.msc

click the + next to Display adapters

What is listed there?

Please post back that other scan.

That SiS is most likely an on-board graphics chip so we need to ID the motherboard.
