Outlook/Outlook express problem

Hi for some reason whenever i try and do anything ie..send a pic via email my computer trys to use outlook.How do i get outlook express to be my main email tool

You need to open outlook express and go to tools/options. Down the bottom of the general tab you'll see 2 buttons Default mail handler and default news handler, click both/apply/ok and it should be right.
