Computer People - I NEED your help...Please.

Last night I was shutting my PC down and it hung for a long time on the blue Windows XP shutdown screen, so I reached behind the computer and manually shut it off. I though nothing of it until this morning when I tried to turn it on and got no response at all.

The motherboard is receiving power because the light on it is green and on. The fans were not running at all and the computer did not even start booting at all to try and post to get the beep.

The parts are all about 2 years old, except the RAM and Power Supply are about 6 months old (that's not to rule them out of course, I had a bad power Supply and I could have another).

Any ideas?

I was reading something about a bad motherboard relay switch?

TIA

Boot without the RAM and see if it BEEP BEEP BEEPS

Then re-seating the RAM in itself might work.
