Windows User name connection to server help

We have 3 windows user names on our computer, theres mine, my moms, and my dads. I can get on AIM and Steam to play Counter Strike on my moms and dads accounts, but when i try to get on those or any messengers or online games, i can never do so on my name.

Basically I can't connect to the servers for some reason on my account name, would anyone know why? And yes i am an administrator as so are all the rest of the accounts are too. And i cant go on the internet fine on my name too.

Any help would be muchly appreciated and make things a lot more easier.

Sorry for the non-response. You found yourself in a very inactive forum.

I would try to create a New User account and see if there is any issue there.

If not and all works well you can transfer your account via How to copy data from a corrupted user profile to a new profile
