USB hookup help

Hello all
I have an USB interface on the front of my tower. It is not plugged in to the motherboard, however it lokks like there is a place for it. Does anyone have experience in hooking these up ? I'd greatly appreciate any help.

Daver

What is the make and model of the motherboard?

The manual should show the location of the USB on-board connector.
