Question Foreign Language

I live in Turkey and have bought a computer with Windows XP. My problem is that everything comes up in Turkish. İs there any way I can get everything to display in English?

Hey im not very good with com stuff but i THINK this is how u do it.
Go to start menu> Settings> Control panel> Regional and Language Options.
Under the Regional Options tab, change the language to English (United States) and press OK and i think u need to restart the com. There are some more stuff under the Advanced tab that lets u display programs in their original default language i think. I hope this helps..

If it is just a question of keyboard symbols then slayer88 has the right idea.

However if you mean that you have a Turkish version of XP then there is nothing you can do. You need to purchase an English version.
