no sound on windows media player

I have recently subscribed to a football clubs online tv and can view video ok but it neever comes with sound , I have contacted the clubs tech advice and followed their instructions to turn off fire wall and update codecs. All that managed to do was to update from wmp 10 to wmp 11 . I recently logged on on a friends computer and it worked perfrctly so it must be my settings . I have used it to watch video clips before and it has always worked ok . any suggestions will be appreciated .

try downoadin a codecs pack

Where do i get a codecs pack . I have followed the codecs link sent by service provider and it took me to a microsoft codecs pack page then updated to wmp 11 . I have even uninstalled and re installed wmp11 . It will play other audion files and other video files with sound but not from the site that i want. Any help mush appreciated .
