Cool Locking down Windows XP

Hi,

PC Spec:
Windows XP Pro
AMD Athlon XP 2200+
512MB Ram
100GB HD (Comprises of a 1 x 20GB drive (C: drive) & an 80GB drive configured as 2 x 40GB partitions (D: & E: Drives))

Windows is installed on the 20GB drive and I have some important and private information on both the D: and E: drive (the 2 x 40GB partitions). Since I have purchased a laptop I have allowed my 15 year old to use this PC and, as they always do, he has started to 'browse' through my private stuff and I don't want him to. I would not have enough space to copy this all to my Laptop.

Is there any way I can still allow him to logon to this pc but lock it down so he only has access to what he wants to do? He uses the following apps:

Outlook Express
Mozilla Firefox
Windows Live Messenger
Paint
Some installed games
His 'My Documents' folder

I would also like to move his 'My Documents' folder to another drive because the c: drive is almost out of space.

Basically, can someone tell me how to do this so as not to completely deny him access but to control it in a very tight way?

Please help.

Thanks in advance.

For setting a new location/name for "My Documents";

I have to get ready for work now, but one of the other folks will be along to inform you on segregating your files to make them private.

Here is a quick Google:

Also with XP Pro you have the Group Policy Editor.

You can creat another user account, password protect your account and move your files to a hidden folder and allow only you account access to them.
