Recover after deleted from recycling bin

I erased a photo from my recycling bin and was wondering if there is anyway I can recover it? I have wondows XP

Hello, and Welcome to techhelpforum.

Well, the more you use your machine, the less likely you will be able to retrieve the file, as the blocks/sectors where the file was stored tend to be over-written.

There are several "recovery" (freeware) utilities out there.

(PC Inspector File Recovery)

I've heard/read good things about "recova";
