Hello, and Welcome to
techhelpforum.
Have you uninstalled AVG?
If your Yahoo spyware is "noneffective" get rid of it. Uninstall it. It's possibly using resources which may be contributing to your problem.
Is there a reason you are running older versions of spyware, and AdAware SE?
I have never used Avira, but some research on it shows it has produced false positives, and updating isn't always smooth. (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Avira ) It's possible that this factor is also contributing to your slow machine.
I recommend
Avast! for an Anti-Virus. It's free, effective, and it updates itself smoothly and automatically.
Post back with any further questions.
