viewing entire webpage offline

Hi all was hoping someone could help me, I am currently based within a wifi area with limited powerpoint access (plugs) and viewing my favourite forums is difficult as my battery dies very fast. I remember with an earlier browser (I think ie5) there was the option to be able to save an entire website in order to view it later offline, this would enable me to view all relevant posts later with a charger available. I am currently running mozilla 2.0 and ie 7 and cannot find any such option, any help would be greatly appreciated! (xp op system)

The option to be able to save an entire website in order to view it later offline

There are two ways you can copy each page and then reading them off line by, File / Save as / the save as a mht file.

You can go to http://www.webreaper.net/download.html and download "webreaper" this program will make a folder on your desk top and download the full site.

Just one word of warning don't move the site or the short cut to it or it will stop working, plus you can update the site you copied

Hope this helps

IE:
Saving as .mht captures only a "working picture" of the current page you're viewing. ie; When viewing it later (in IE) if you click on a link (another "sub-page"), the machine will attempt to connect to the internet to reach that link/sub-page.

If you Save As Web Page, complete (*.htm;*.html), it will save the page as an htm file, then create a sub-folder which will house the content files on that page. ie; All associated files of that page are saved to your machine.

(See attached picture. You'll see the "original" Automatic Skip Driver Agent (Asd_exe) Tool_Description of.htm file below the folders, with the sub-folder and files of that htm file expanded.) So this method takes up more space on your machine, however you can "go farther" without having to connect to the internet.
