Are you certain of the spelling of the .dll file? I find no matches with search engines.
If you are certain of the spelling, (and you haven't installed any new hardware drivers or software just prior to these occurances,) my first suspicion would be a malware or adware infection. Especially when coupled with your statement; "
also i noticed my com has been running rather more slowly, in terms of internet speed.."

Then post your log in a
