adverts on desktop

hello
My desktop has turned all green with leaves all over it and also about 30 adverts that are live.
I have rightclicked desktop-properties-desktop but the background is greyed out and I cannot change the background.

I have done a spyware scan-adware scan but nothing came up.

I did a virus check and 2 virus came
upate.exe---Trojan horse Startpage.CIH
wypda.exe---Trojan Horse Dialer RQJ
These were sent to the vault and cleared but the desktop is still the same
I have done a print screen .The URL is http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/nrows/desktop.htm

Help would be appreciated
Thank you
Cofi

Thanks karverr

Hi Karverr
I downloaded free SpyBot http://www.spybot.info/en/index.html
Did a scan and cleared all the problems. Still cannot stop the Pop UNDER adverts. I think they come via Google

All the best

I have tried another and it worked great, you might want to try. Go to http://subs.geekstogo.com/ComboFix.exe
It cleared up all my spyware and malware problems.
