access to external drive

hi

newbie here

i have just purchased an external hard drive (connect through a usb cable), i moved adobe to the new drive , and now we cannot access the adobe documents through their icons on our desktop

is this possible to do/and if so could someone tell us how to do it.

smskinner Is a beginner here at D-A-L
right click on the icons goto properties and amend the path to the documents, or simply create a new shortcut to the items

tried the right click thingy, but it only sends me to the external drive, and shows me all the programme files.

when you say moved do you mean installed on external drive or cut and pasted ?
if later move back uninstall if you dont want on on internal then install it or your external drive

i used the "move to" facility, i will move back and uninstall
