Add user to Administrator Group in NetBEUI Network

Hello everybody,

How are you all doing? I'd like to ask if anyone knows a command or script
command that I could use to add or assign an user to administrator group
remotely on computer running Windows XP that uses NetBEUI protocol to
connect computers together?

my environment: 2 PCs running Windows XP
2 PCs connected with NetBEUI protocol

Is there anyone know if there is a DOS command or a command from the
resource kit that I can use to do this. I just want to do it by running a
script.

Thank you.
