2 Icons!

2 Icons!

Hi When I add a new shortcut on my desktop instead of one icon I have two. I can delete one of them but the 2nd one says "Cannot delete file.Cannot read from the source file or disk" Then when I turn the computer off and on again they are both back. Help please
