i have a virus and need your help please!!!

Hiya, im new to this forum but im really in need of help.
2 days ago my fella downloaded limewire (even tho i told him not 2 cos its evil!!) and 1 day later the comp goes crazy!
We have a big window in the middle of the main screen which you cant shut down or minimize, it says windows warning msg detecting win32/adware.virtumonde detected on your computer.
Also we kept getting pop ups ( and im talking every 2 secs) from 1 comp called antispyware 2009 and antivirus 2008. I can no longer get onto internet explorer through my desktop icon it just says page cannot be displayed but I can get on through the search bar at the top of the screen.
Also the desktop background went completely white and has now turned blue and when I go into my computer, mny c drive icon has gone!
When I click the start button, the run and all programs icons have gone and half the programs on there have disappeared. I have scanned with spybot s + d which found quite a few probs which were deleted, then I scanned with avast which found and del;eted 5 problems. I have saved my HJT log.
Please could I post it on here so you can have a look at it?
Any help is greatly appreciated,

If this doesn't help, or (other) issues remain which cannot be resolved through these measures,,,,,,

Unfortunately at this time, this site has a shortage of HJT log analysts so please go to our sister-site;
Follow the instructions here-> HiJackThis prerequisites. There are important measures outlined here which affect and "optimize" the outcome of your HJT log.

Then post your log in a new thread in the Spyware, Adware, Viruses and HijackThis Logs Forum.

You will have to become a site member (free of course) in order to post.

Hiya firstly can i say thanx for replying so quickly but im really at a loss here, i looked at the cleaning out malware bit but unfortunately i cant even get into my control panel or my system restore page because my start menu has gone crazy, there is no run or all programs buttons its a real pain im not sure what 2 to. I have a disc for macafee but ive misplaced it, do you think if i found it and reinstalled this would fix the problem?

I would post at our sister site as I mentioned in my post above. Make sure you follow the instructions in; -> HiJackThis prerequisites as best as you can. As stated, it "optimizes" the outcome of your HJT log.
