Surfing Problem

Hi

First time user here !

Can anyone help, I think there is a setting needing changed on my computer.

When accessing the Photobox website I am trying to create a photobook but the programme does not download although I can access photobox & upload images, I also have to hold down the control key a lot to access stuff on the net.

anyone got an idea what I need to change in my browser options etc.

Thanks in advance

What XP SP# are you running?

What browser are you using? ("Brand" & version ie; IE6.0, IE7.0, Mozilla Firefox Ver X.xx, Opera, etc)

Hi Dan,

Thanks for taking the time to get back to me !

I checked the system info & it says Microsoft Windows XP Home edition

5.1.2600 I bought the kit in 2004 I think & has never been updated

Be aware you are dealing with a novice when it comes to IT!

Cheers

Geof.
