Explorer keeps on crashing every 12 seconds
Hello.
I formatted my computer, and installed a fresh install from disc yesterday (windows media center 2005 sp2). When it was done I installed programs that I deem neccessary such as; AVG, Ad-Aware, Google Chrome, Winamp, uTorrent and Windows Live messenger (and heaps of drivers + the stuff found with windows update, my wacom drivers and Easy Paint Tool Sai). Anyway. I was going to bed (letting Winamp move the files from my ipod to my comp) that I noticed that my desktop kept on disappearing every 12 seconds (11-12, but same intervalls), just to pop up a second later (with all maps gone, of course). My AVG was screaming about some trojans that I had gotten while downloading the batch, and I just clicked on "heal" and figured that was it.
Anyway, now I've disabled all service and autostarting programs in msconfig.exe, done a full check with AVG and Ad-Aware (and Spybot S&D), but they wont find anything.
Do you have any idea what might be causing this problem? As it is now, it is impossible for me to accomplish even the easiest tasks, pretty much rendering my computer obsolete.

. Turned out to be some malware that Ad-Aware didn't detect (but SUPERAntiSpyware did).
