System32 Error

hi Folks,
Sorry if this Problem sound so common but i have looked in to reading many things. can't figure what way to go.

When i run Search & Destroy Spybot and clean my computer up --- Then reboot i get the "" SYSTEM32\CMD.EXE

What do i do.
