Boot freeze, Help?

Hi everyone,

My PC freezes on the boot sequnice.
It shows a screen for the graphics card info then beeps and goes to another screen.
On the 2nd screen it list the Bios name and version, then it shows the processor info and stops there.
My users guide for the motherboard lists it as "Processor Initialization"
I have an MIS KN8 SLI, AMD Athlon 64 3800, 2gig memory, 160 gig HD, 2 graphics cards in SLI mode.
The MSI motherboard has a four led light board that shows where the computer is at in it's process. It's for trouble shooting. Processor Initialization is what it stops on.
I have tried to clear the Cmos, and removed the battery but it still won't respond.

Any ideas?

Oh dear, seems like some of your main hardware is bust. Pretty hard to test without a donor PC that you can swap parts for. Could be the processor, ram or motherboard its self. Sorry I can't be more specific.
