MSN Messenger Problems

Hello I am not sure if this is the correct place to be asking for help about MSN Messenger.

The problem i am having anyway is that I have downloaded the newest version of MSN Messenger but everytime that i try to log in the screen and whole program just crashes. i do not get an error message. the task bar shows the icon to say that i have signed in but if i go near it to try and click on it, it just disappears

I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it again. i have also tried using ZapMessenger which deleted all history of Messenger from my computer but i still have this problem

Is there any solution to my problem?

Have you tried a System Restore to a point before your trouble started. Depending on your OS, here are the steps to achieve this:

• Start
• All Programs
• Accessories
• System Tools
• System Restore and follow the prompts

I do not run Windows Messenger so am unable to assist or recommend it. I do run Yahoo Messenger which I find very easy with no issues at all.
